Turnaround Time

Orders received after 12 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive tracking information via email once your package has entered the mail stream. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated. If you order more than one product, it may arrive in multiple packages.

Non-custom orders
We aim to ship all non-custom paper-based materials from our warehouse within two business days, usually sooner.

Textile (Fabric) and Personalized Orders
Extra time and attention are required by our local artisans and suppliers to sew, assemble, and personalize custom orders. Custom-sewn orders (blankets and car seat covers) may take up to 10 days to produce before your order is prepared for shipment.

Carriers and Processing Times

We proudly ship to all 50 states including Puerto Rico and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We offer a variety of shipping speeds and carriers. Due to the educational nature of our trackers, we are able to utilize USPS Media Mail. This is the most economical shipping method, although shipping speeds vary widely depending on your location within the US. Please select priority or expedited shipping if you need your order quickly. 

You'll receive a tracking update via email once your order hits the mail stream. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for online package tracking information to update.

Standard Delivery: USPS Media Mail (3-10 days)
Priority Delivery: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Expedited Delivery: UPS Ground (3-5 days)
Rush Delivery: UPS AirSaver (1-2 days)

International Orders

Service Interruptions & Delays
We're a tiny (but mighty) team, and we make every effort to get orders out lickety-split. Sometimes, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables beyond our control, such as extreme weather events, supply chain, and/or carrier delays.
 

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup for most products to customers located in the Saint Louis, Missouri region. 

TinyTracker Notebooks & Stationary Orders
Personalized and non-custom TinyTracker notebooks and stationery products are usually ready for local pickup within two to three business days. Once your order is ready for pickup, you’ll be notified via email with the pickup address and instructions. Pickups can be made between 8am-8pm, 7 days a week depending on product availability.

Textile Orders (Car seat covers and blankets)
Extra time and resources are required by our local artisans to sew and assemble our textile orders (car seat covers and blankets). Even if your order is not personalized, it is produced at an alternate warehouse and unfortunately is not available for local pickup.
